Information We Collect
When you request our Estate Planning Starting Point workbook, we collect your first name and email address. When you contact Riney Law Firm, PLLC or arrange a consultation, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, matter type, how you heard about us, appointment details and a message. We also keep records of our communications, workbook requests and email preferences.
You do not need to send us your completed workbook to receive the resource or request a consultation. Please do not put account numbers, detailed medical information or other confidential matter information in a marketing or scheduling form.
How We Use Your Information
When you request the workbook, you sign up to receive its delivery email and ongoing estate-planning marketing emails from Riney Law Firm. These emails discuss using the workbook, taking the next step with estate planning and our legal services, including invitations to book a free initial consultation. The form explains this exchange before you submit it.
When you continue from our consultation-request form to Calendly, we save your first name and email before scheduling is finished. If you do not finish booking, we may email you to help complete that consultation request. This does not sign you up for the workbook marketing sequence. Your appointment is not booked until you complete scheduling in Calendly.
We use contact and appointment information to respond to your inquiry, help arrange or manage a consultation, evaluate whether our firm can assist, and keep records of communications. If you miss a confirmed appointment, we may contact you about rescheduling. Submitting an email address through these campaign forms does not give permission for marketing calls or texts.
Your Email Choices
You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. You can also contact us at [email protected] to ask us to stop them. Unsubscribing does not prevent you from using the workbook you received. We may still respond to a new request you make or send communications needed to manage an appointment or an existing client relationship.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, or communicating with Riney Law Firm, PLLC through this website does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both the client and an attorney of the firm.
Third-Party Services We Use
We use GoHighLevel and its LeadConnector services to manage campaign pages and forms, contact records and email communications. We use Calendly for consultation scheduling. Information you provide through these services is processed by those providers to support the relevant service.
Our main website also uses Netlify Forms for contact submissions, Google Fonts for typefaces and Google Maps for the office map. These are separate from the campaign form and scheduling services. These services can receive technical information, such as an IP address, when your browser connects to them.
